Who we are
This website is run by Sankartik Tech Engineering and Construction Solutions LLP, Chinniampalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641048. Sankartik is our brand name. For anything on this page, call us on +91 70109 63997 or email info@sankartik.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name and phone number, which are required. We also receive anything else you choose to add: your email address, how you would like us to reply, where your site is, what you are planning, the budget you have in mind, whether you live outside India and what time suits you for a call, and any other message. The form also records when it was opened, which helps us filter out automated spam.
If you phone us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Apart from this, we collect nothing about you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, in the way you asked us to, and to discuss your project. If you become a client, we also use them to carry out our agreement with you. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
How your enquiry reaches us
Your enquiry is sent from our website straight to our own email inbox. No outside form service handles it. We also keep a record of enquiries in a Google Sheet.
Who else handles your details
Our hosting provider runs this website, and our email provider delivers your enquiry to us. Google stores our record of enquiries.
If you follow our links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, those services receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep your details
If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we keep your details for 24 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. To make any other request, or to raise a concern about how we handle your details, contact us using the details above.
Using this website
This site describes how we work. It is not a quote or an offer: what we will do for your project, and what it will cost, is set out in a written agreement. Images marked as concept images are illustrations, not completed projects. The text, images and designs on this site are ours unless they are credited to someone else, and they may not be reused without our permission. We try to keep this site accurate, but please confirm anything that matters to your project with us directly. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, take you to sites we do not control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Coimbatore.
