Most of our work is for customers building a single house on a plot they already own — first-time home owners, families moving to a larger house, and customers living abroad who cannot be present during construction.
If you would like the interiors done as well, the same team continues, so your project is not handed over to a separate agency.
Our base is Coimbatore. We also build in Karaikudi, and take up work in Erode, Tiruppur and Pollachi.
If you own a plot, we take the project from drawings to handover. You deal with one project manager, instead of coordinating several contractors yourself.
Atelier by Sankartik
Modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage, false ceilings, lighting, flooring, wall finishes and carpentry — designed, built and installed by Sankartik. For a house we have just completed, or one you are already living in. We also take up offices, retail spaces and restaurants.
The cost of interior work depends on scope, materials, size and specifications. A single modular kitchen and a complete villa interior are very different projects.
We take up a limited number of commercial projects — offices, warehouses and apartment buildings. The approach is the same: scope of work agreed in writing, coordinated execution, and regular progress reporting.
