Most people build a home once. Many do it from a distance, or for the first time, or on a plot they have waited years to use. What they want is not complicated: a clear scope of work, a practical plan, regular news of progress, and one team that carries the project from start to finish.
That is how Sankartik works. Every project begins with a scope of work agreed in writing. Cost planning is practical and explained. Progress is reported through photographs, videos and scheduled reviews. Changes are recorded, priced and approved by you before execution. A project manager coordinates design, engineering, approvals, materials, labour and finishing work through to handover.

Where we work
Coimbatore is our registered office and main operating base. We also build in Karaikudi, and take up work in Erode, Tiruppur and Pollachi.
Building from abroad
We work with customers living outside India, and we have a defined way of working for it — a project manager, scheduled photo and video updates, written progress reports, and online reviews.
